Owner Occupied Staging:First we begin with a Walk & Talk Consultation so we can get a visual of the home and get the homeowners started on their to do list. While in the home, we will determine what items will be utilized and what additional decor items are needed to complete the staging look. We will then put together a scope of work and send to client for approval. Once the bid is approved, we set up an appointment for install.

Consulting: Our Walk and Talk Consultations are perfect for homeowners who plan to live in their home while having it listed for sale. Our expert Home Preparation Advisor will consult directly with the homeowner on how to maximize the homes potential while making suggestions on how to prepare their home for sale. We will discuss what to pack, what to use, what to change, how to maximize space, etc. We also decide on the placement of furniture, accessories, artwork, and more throughout the home. By completing all of these important tasks, we are sure to leave the property looking like a model home!

ReStyling (Photo Prep): You get two interior stylist for UP TO two hours. We will make modifications in key areas of your home in order to prepare it for photos and MLS Listing. We focus our attention on the areas that will impact buyers the most in order to generate more interest and offers. With a ReStyle, we use the HOMEOWNERS existing decor and furniture.
