Discretion might not be the first thing you consider when it comes to hiring a professional home stager, but we believe that holding ourselves to a high standard in this regard is just as important as providing quality design services.
Home Staging Is Personal
When a client decides to invest in home staging, they are placing a lot of faith in the home stager that they hire. The homeowners we serve invite us into their homes and allow us access to their most intimate spaces. Often, this puts people in a very vulnerable position. Sometimes people are embarrassed about clutter or the condition of their home. Sometimes we are working with sensitive information or at a time of delicate personal circumstances.
Whatever the situation, there are plenty of reasons that a homeowner might feel hesitant to invite a staging or organizing company into their homes.
We wanted to take a moment today to address this common hesitation and clearly state our position on this matter.
Our Promise To You
We will keep your personal information private.
Colorado Staging + Design will never share your personal information with outside parties. We take privacy seriously.
We will not publicize your name without your consent.
Part of our business involves taking before/after photos to showcase our work. This allows us to highlight our design standards and show potential customers what we can do. We sometimes post video tours or before/after type photos of our staging, organizing, and ReStyle work, but we will never identify a client’s name when doing so unless the client gives specific permission or asks us to do so.
Most of our clients don’t mind us sharing a photo or two (and many love it when we share how great their house looks!). But if you prefer NOT to have pictures shared of your space at all… just let us know! Your comfort is important to us.

Let’s say you are a local business owner that doesn’t want people to know your business (we’ve seen that!). Or you are a foster parent who needs to protect the privacy of your kiddos (seen that too!). Maybe we’re organizing your office and will have access to personal information. Perhaps you have an embarrassingly large collection of New Kids on the Block memorabilia that you don’t want anyone to know about. It’s okay! We won’t tell, we promise.
When we’re in your home, we are there to do one thing: the job at hand. We promise 100% confidentiality regarding our time spent on your property… period.
